In the "olden days", the threshing floor was a flattened floor area where a farmer would "thresh" the grain harvest to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Sirocco has taken this concept and extended it to small, informal gatherings of like-minded people, where topical business issues are "threshed" around. We won't necessarily to arrive at a conclusion or decision, but we aim to throw light, sometimes a different light, on issues of concern or interest to those present.
